Experienced Property Manager

Today, we wish to enhance our teams in Nyon and are looking for our future confirmed property manager (100%). Your future mission consists of ensuring all tasks related to managing a portfolio of properties, primarily institutional, located in the Nyon region, with owners, and contractors/master of technical management activities alongside two assistants. Regular analysis and monitoring of the portfolio, vacancies, and technical issues of the properties, monitoring maintenance subscriptions, managing claims, controlling and overseeing works, verifying and following up on invoices and the state of the properties and the move-out process. Ensuring the accuracy of financial reports (management/heating settlements). Managing complex files and liaising with owners before relevant authorities. Mentoring apprentices and their profiles: Proven experience in a similar role in Switzerland. Excellent knowledge of rental law and building technology (federal certificate level). Rigor and commercial skills, comfortable in contact and open communication, dynamic, and positive. Interest in construction work as well as building technology. Proficiency in common office tools. Good spelling and writing skills. Driver's license/private vehicle. Start date: May 1st or to be agreed upon.
