Experienced Practice Manager - Hearing Care, Exeter, Devon

We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager for a well-established, independent Hearing Care practice in Exeter, Devon. The practice prides itself on providing professional services to patients, and is looking for a motivated, team-oriented individual with excellent customer service skills, business acumen, and experience in managing a practice on a daily basis.

Preferred candidates include those with experience in a clinical environment such as Optical, Dental, GP practices, or other healthcare sectors. Candidates from other backgrounds with relevant experience will also be considered.

Skills required:

1. Ability to manage a large team of clinicians and support staff (6 testing rooms)
2. Experience working within guidelines, policies, and procedures
3. Capability to run efficient and professional clinics
4. Excellent customer service skills
5. Adaptive, well-motivated, and business-minded

Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, with an hour for lunch.
