Experienced Legal Assistant - Commercial Property

We're looking for an Experienced Legal Assistant to join our Commercial Property Team, based in our Northampton Office. You'll be working alongside seasoned property lawyers who handle everything from landlord and tenant matters to commercial real estate transactions and development work. The position is integral to the smooth running of the team & you must be able to prioritise tasks for & manage expectations with the fee earners in the unit.

Duties to include but not limited to -

• Submission of online property searches
• Land registry applications
• Completion of stamp duty land transaction returns
• Assistance with quality & compliance matters.
