Experienced Family Lawyer

Abacus is working with an established firm as they continue to expand their team. They seek a Family and Matrimonial Solicitor with a specialist focus in divorce law with experience managing HNWI clients at a national and international.

This client-facing position is ideal for a seasoned and self-assured Family Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' PQE. It offers an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected team in the Family Law sector.

The position involves managing a diverse caseload of private family law matters including financial provision, divorce, separation, contact agreements, child custody, financial settlements, and other related areas. While advocacy experience would be advantageous, it is not a mandatory requirement.
