Experienced Family Law Fee Earner - New Office, National Firm

Family Fee Earner / Family Solicitor - Manchester - Up to £65,000

An opportunity exists for a Family Fee Earner, Family Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join a large national law firm within its brand new Family Law department in Manchester. Based in a modern office in the heart of Spinningfields, this offers a chance to play a key role in the development of the department.

The firm has an established national presence with offices across the UK and an excellent reputation for high quality legal services.

You will handle a caseload of privately funded family matters, with a particular focus on high value divorce and financial remedy work. Many matters involve substantial assets, business interests, pensions, and complex financial arrangements.

• Manage your own caseload and assist on all aspects of private family law matters including but not limited to:
• Divorce and separation proceedings
• Financial remedy matters
• High value financial settlements
• Cohabitation disputes
• Pre nup and post nup agreements
• Private children matters
• Client meetings and relationship management
• Court applications and advocacy (where appropriate)
• Business development and networking

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience handling private family law matters. Applications are welcomed from experienced Family Fee Earners, Solicitors, and Chartered Legal Executives who wish to progress their career within a growing national practice. Strong experience in divorce and financial remedy work is advantageous.
