Experienced EPF / HES Architect

In order to strengthen our team made up of about fifteen people, we are looking for an experienced EPF / HES Architect (H/F/D). Passionate about the multiple dimensions of the architecture profession and having confirmed experience in Switzerland in managing complex and/or large-scale projects, you enjoy working independently and taking on significant responsibilities to successfully carry out various interventions on highly diverse objects, including industrial buildings or missions: As project manager, you will ensure all phases related to the definition, design, and execution of the project. To do this, you have the ability to: Rigorously plan the different phases of the project, in accordance with the specifications and the financial framework available; Mobilize internal and external resources (engineers and experts) to ensure the development and implementation of the work smoothly, within the general schedule agreed upon with clients; Carry out all the standards set by SIA 102; Serve as the reference contact for the client and all internal or external stakeholders. What you bring: A good culture of architecture, as well as an ability to analyze and synthesize all the parameters of the project; A keen sense of detail and quality; benevolent leadership based on a culture of dialogue, as well as a strong ability to unite and demonstrated capacity to work simultaneously on multiple projects and manage them effectively; complete mastery of common digital tools (Archicad, Autocad, Revit, Adobe Suite). Knowledge of the Messerli tool would be an advantage.
