Experienced Construction Solicitor

A large Belfast firm with an impressive and international reputation has instructed Abacus to identify an experienced Construction Solicitor at a senior level. The highly regarded practice requires a lawyer to lead the Construction team.

This role may suit someone already operating at Partner level (equity or salaried) and open to a new challenge. Alternatively, you may be at a senior level with some glass ceilings above you. This is an excellent company with major ambitions, so you will need an excellent reputation, an outstanding work ethic, and a comprehensive and successful depth of experience across all workstreams.

If successfully appointed, a major goal will be for you to build the team around you. The firm will agree on major budgets and incentives to help you achieve this medium-term goal.

The firm also seeks a clearly demonstrated track record of leadership. In return, the firm will work openly with you to map out a rewarding package that reflects your status. Salary figures are indicative and subject to specific business case scenarios.
