We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, highly skilled chef to join our professional kitchen team. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a strong culinary background, a commitment to quality, and the ability to perform consistently in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to

Head Chef

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and present high-quality dishes in line with menu specifications

Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness (HACCP compliant)

Contribute to menu development and daily specials where appropriate

Manage stock rotation, portion control, and waste reduction

Work effectively as part of a team and support junior kitchen staff

Perform well under pressure during busy service periods

Requirements

Proven experience as a Chef in a professional kitchen

Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Excellent attention to detail and time management skills

A positive attitude and strong work ethic
