The Role:
To provide all customers, guests, and visitors with the highest level of customer service to ensure that the unique Metropolitan Gaming experience is always achieved.
Skills
- Minimum of 2 years' overall gaming experience required before being considered for transfers to our premium London venues
- Ability to deal a minimum of 3 table games including American Roulette, Blackjack, and Three Card Poker
- Willingness to deal on our live online gaming tables
- Punto Banco and Heads Up Hold'em experience are viewed favourably
- Hold a PFL licence
- Customer service focused
- Fully flexible - Nights and shift work essential
