Experienced Barista

We are looking for a Barista/FOH to join our team at Piccadilly Circus. The role is for hours a week, 5 days a week. We are closed on weekends.

We would love someone who is:

• Passionate (about coffee)
• Self motivated and has attention to detail (can do attitude)
• Confident with customers and professional when dealing with issues (someone who enjoys getting to know the regulars, likes to chat, smile)
• Wants to learn (curious personality, interest in learning about coffee and looking after people)
• Reliable and supportive (on time, working as part of the team rather than an individual)
• Multitasker (dialling in, pulling shots, steaming and pouring milk)
• Sociable personality with sense of humour.

WE DONT SERVE ANY FOOD/PASTRIES. NO CUSTOMER TOILET, NO SINKS OR WASHING UP.

We use Speciality Coffee from Origin Coffee Roasters, A La Marzocco GB5S and a Mahlkonig E80S. We are known for our simple approach and high quality coffee offering.

P.S. We're planning to open weekends, so more hours can be arranged on weekends if desired.
