Experienced / Senior Barista - British Patagonia Bakery

Hola from British Patagonia!

We are looking for an experienced barista to join our team at our artisan bakery, based on Upper St in Islington. We have established a good customer base of local regulars, and many customers come from afar, mostly for our quick rise to fame with our vegan pastries. We have Vicky - our VA358 espresso warrior, Mythos grinders, and a small Moccamaster.

What we require:

1. Well-presented and a good team player
2. Upbeat and able to lead a team to deliver exceptional service at all times
3. Passionate about hospitality
4. Comfortable understanding of coffee recipes, dialling in, steaming beautiful, glossy milk
5. Curiosity-driven work approach
6. Positive attitude and a strong work ethic
7. Desire to grow and develop new skills

What we offer (full-time):

• Salary 28K-30K per annum
• Staff lunch every shift (cooked on site every day)
