We are currently recruiting for an Executive Support Administrator to join the Estates, Facilities and Campus Development Directorate.
About the role:
As Executive Support Administrator, you will provide professional PA/administrative support to the Director of Campus Services and other Senior Leadership Team (SLT) members while overseeing a comprehensive range of activities including:
- Coordinating complex diaries requiring strategic liaison with internal/external stakeholders and organisations
- Functioning as the primary point of contact and information resource for EFCD SLT members
- Delivering administrative support for meetings
You will contribute strategically to the Directorate's operations and maintain high-quality, consistent service delivery with a professional, customer-focused approach. The position encompasses diverse responsibilities, requiring all activities to be executed successfully within established timeframes.
We provide hybrid working arrangements requiring a minimum of three days on campus, aligned with the operational requirements of the senior leadership team.
About youThe successful candidate will possess flexibility and adaptability, with the capability to manage diverse administrative functions. You will have substantial experience providing executive administrative support, with exemplary standards of literacy and numeracy, meticulous attention to detail, and superior organisational and communication skills.
Proficiency in standard IT applications including MS Office suite is essential, along with the ability to efficiently master proprietary systems including the Oracle HR and Finance platform.
