Job Description
West Midlands Police seeks a Chief of Staff to the Deputy Chief Constable. The role strengthens the executive function by coordinating governance, performance oversight and strategic support for senior leadership, especially the Deputy Chief Constable.
You will act as a trusted advisor, strategic integrator and delivery enabler to ensure the DCC can focus on high-value leadership, operational priorities and strategic decision making, coordinating the force performance and delivery objectives
