Job Description

Role: Executive Sous Chef
Location: County Kerry
Salary: €65,000 per annum + up to 20% bonus

The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for an Executive Sous Chef in Co. Kerry.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced culinary professional to join a high-performing hospitality team in a senior leadership capacity. The Executive Sous Chef will support the Head Chef in leading kitchen operations, maintaining exceptional food standards, and ensuring smooth day-to-day service across all kitchen functions.

Key Duties
  • Support the Executive Chef in overseeing all kitchen operations and service delivery.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the kitchen brigade to maintain high performance.
  • Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and portion control.
  • Monitor stock levels, ordering, and kitchen cost controls.
  • Maintain HACCP, food safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
  • Assist with menu planning, seasonal offerings, and new dish development.
Candidate Requirements
  • Must have experience in Hospitality.
  • Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in their career.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and cost control.
  • Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI.
  • Visa and Relocation packages are not provided.
