The Manager, Executive Talent Sourcing role, is a leadership and contributor role, responsible for managing the team of 3 sourcers. This team are responsible for driving and curating a constant pipeline of candidates and executing on executive search assignments for Partner and Director roles. There is opportunity to develop hiring plans by filling open requisitions with talented and qualified Partner and Director level candidates. This responsibility involves ensuring projects are delivered to time and budget, the correct processes, procedures and governance is in place and adhered to, as well as supporting day to day operations, leading on a full suite of research, direct sourcing activities and supplier management.
Responsibilities- Manage the Partner and Director direct sourcing and research team and performance against KPI's (SLAs and contractual obligations for external partners)
- Perform line management for direct reports e.g., ensuring continual development, wellbeing and capacity of teams is managed
- Act as an escalation point within sourcing to ensure demand is proactively met and the right resource types and Partner Hire approaches are utilised
- Act the lead point of contact for Partner and director sourcing and Research team, helping the Head of
- Partner Recruitment respond to resourcing updates
- Drive the D&I agenda, developing innovative Diversity & Inclusion strategies, to ensure longlists/shortlists are inclusive and meet our D&I commitments
- Support the design, development and execution of senior hiring, internal mobility and targeted direct approach strategies with consideration to quality, cost efficiency and timeliness
- Design and deliver market mapping and candidate research strategies for the research teams
- Develop competitive direct sourcing strategies to fulfil the firms open Partner and director roles
- Define, implement and monitor processes to mitigate reputational and commercial risk, identify areas for process improvement, capture and monitor all customer escalations through to resolution. Analyse trends and work with teams to determine action plans
- Conduct Executive Search responsibilities such as, market mapping, headhunting, developing candidate pools and internal pipelines etc.
- Ability to understand Capability Leads / Hiring Managers' business and hiring needs, job specifications and turn these into tangible solutions
- Have in depth knowledge of expertise in specific capability areas, ideally from a professional services or consulting industry area.
- Have 360 search exposure at Partner level within large, multi-service line businesses
- Conduct in depth research to source candidates, confidently market mapping, approaching and mange candidates through the initial stages of the recruitment process
- Execute innovative recruiting strategies to find top talent
- Screen CVs and prospects, supporting the recruiter in managing candidates through to completion
- Ability to use and manage specialist systems such e.g., ATS
- Maintain a pool of candidates, including active and passive prospects, hired and exited employees, and other candidate relationships
