Executive Risk & Compliance Leader: Regulatory Transformation

Doist is seeking a Chief Risk & Compliance Officer to lead risk, compliance, and regulatory initiatives within a fast-growing FCA-regulated payments/FX business. Reporting to the CEO, you will shape the risk framework, drive governance, and partner with the Board on strategic compliance matters.

You will build and lead a six-person team, engage with regulators, and support international expansion while maintaining a strong culture of compliance and accountability.
