Executive Quality Leader - Defence & Aerospace Manufacturing

Engineering Recruit Scotland is recruiting for a Head of Quality at a Tier 1 Defence & Aerospace manufacturer in Central Scotland. You will lead a team of about 12 across Quality Engineering, Supplier Quality and Laboratory, shaping the quality function and driving capability.

The role requires a strong technical engineering background with extensive experience in complex serial manufacturing and a proven track record of reducing risk and solving high level issues.
