6-month Fixed Term Contract - Starting October - 37 hours per week - Cardiff base

Your new role

• Oversee the administration and smooth running of events.
• Collaborate with suppliers, speakers, and stakeholders to deliver a high-quality experience for all attendees.
• Ensure seamless coordination and execution of logistics.
• Ensure all materials, including promotional and social media, are high quality
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Team player who can work collaboratively but can also manage own workload and work independently when needed
• Must be available to travel in order to review venues and attend events
• Hybrid role - must be prepared to work in the Cardiff office
• Must pass DBS check
