For more information, please visit THE.TEAM .OVERVIEW:As a result of growth to a key client's global partnership portfolio, THE TEAM islooking for a motivated Account Executive to join the Brands team.The position provides hands-on support to account teams across the planning and execution of motorsport hospitality events and race activations, with a focus on guest experience, client objectives, budget management and performance measurement.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:Support the planning and delivery of motorsport hospitality events and race weekend activationsAssist in managing day-to-day relationships with clients, rightsholders an suppliersSupport in the delivery of best-in-class guest experiences aligned to client objectives and brand narrativesSupport event logistics including guest management, accreditation, schedules and on-site operationsMaintain event documentation, trackers, timelines and planning materialsSupport the research and sourcing of event suppliers, hospitality collateral and gifting itemsAssist with global event logistics by coordinating shipments of event equipment with the preferred warehouse and logistics supplier across multiple race locationsContribute to creative brainstorming for race activation concepts and hospitality enhancementsAssist with financial administration including budgets, POs, supplier invoicing and cost trackingPrepare clear internal and client-facing presentations, reports and post-event evaluationsProactively identify relevant motorsport and partner news to support client storytellingMaintain positive relationships with clients, partners, suppliers and colleagues dailyAbility to support business development initiatives and enthusiasm for taking on new challenges while managing client work first and foremostWHAT YOU NEED:Minimum of a bachelor's degree (nice to have)Minimum of one year's relevant work experience (within a sports agency or live events environment)Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite, particularly with PowerPoint and Excel.The ability to multi-task and self-manage to meet deadlines and handle multiple prioritiesMust be flexible and comfortable to assume multiple roles as needed by the team.Efficient communicator - with both internal as well as client stakeholdersStrong attention to detail and highly organisedAbility to think creatively in a team environmentMust be flexible and react calmly under stressful circumstancesAbility to stay poised and professional when working with well-known talentAbility to travel for partner programs or activations as requiredTHE TEAM does not discriminate on the basis of race, sex, color, religion, age, national origin, marital status, disability, veteran status, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity or any other reason prohibited by law in provision of employment opportunities and benefits.
