Executive Head Chef - Lead Creative Cuisine & Local Sourcing

RBH Hospitality Management is seeking an Executive Head Chef for Wotton House Hotel, a hands-on leader responsible for delivering the Wotton Food Story. You will shape menus, develop the team and lead a high-volume operation within a hotel turning over £10m+.

The role offers ownership of a £2.7m food revenue stream and a rich benefits package. You will source seasonally, collaborate across departments, and create exceptional dining experiences for weddings, conferences and restaurant service.
