Executive Director of Risk & Compliance

Laya Healthcare is seeking a Director of Risk & Compliance to join the Executive Leadership Team in Cork. This strategic role oversees Enterprise Risk Management, Compliance, Governance and Regulatory Affairs, ensuring fair customer outcomes and regulator confidence.

You will partner with the Managing Director and Board to shape strategy, embed robust risk controls, and lead a culture of ethical conduct and prudent risk management across the organisation.
