Executive Director of Operations & Strategy

Mid Yorkshire Teaching NHS Trust is recruiting a Chief Operating Officer to oversee daily operational delivery, drive performance, and shape our future direction. You will sit on the Executive Team and work with the Trust Board to deliver high-quality patient care across multiple divisions.

You will lead five clinical divisions and the Division of Infrastructure, champion workforce development, governance, and collaboration with partners across the health system.
