The Care Quality Commission (CQC) is a key regulator in the health and social care system in England. Our purpose is to ensure that health and care services provide safe, effective, compassionate, high-quality care and to promote improvements in these services.

The past 12 months have been challenging for CQC. Our new Chief Executive, Sir Julian Hartley, is leading organizational change to enhance our role as an effective regulator. We are seeking an Executive Director of Finance and Corporate Services to provide strategic leadership across our corporate functions. The successful candidate will be a key member of the Executive Team and Board, ensuring effective corporate and customer services that support our staff and deliver value for money.
