Executive Director, Multi-Venue Operations

Live Nation Ireland Holdings Limited is seeking a Director of Venue Operations to drive operational excellence across its Ireland venue portfolio, spanning venues from 1,000 to 14,000 capacity, including 3Arena, Bord Gáis Energy Theatre, 3Olympia Theatre, Gaiety Theatre and Ambassador Theatre.

You will lead senior venue leaders, develop standardised policies, monitor KPIs, and partner with HR and Finance to deliver profit growth while ensuring fan experiences are exceptional.
