Halton Borough Council's Merseyside Gateway Crossings Board Ltd (MGCB) seeks a Managing Director to lead the senior Executive Board and work with private sector partners Merseylink and emovis to deliver the tolling and maintenance of the Mersey Gateway Bridge.
