Job Description
Job Summary

FreeWheel, a Comcast company, is seeking a seasoned and strategic finance leader to serve as Executive Director, Global Financial Operations & Compliance. The ideal candidate will have ad tech (or similar) industry experience and will report directly to the CFO. This role sits at the center of our global growth strategy, driving operational excellence, financial integrity, and scalable governance across our global footprint.

Core Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate and timely client invoicing and provide critical data for revenue and cost of services reporting.
  • Develop and execute business strategy to control potential credit losses.
  • Protect FreeWheel against credit loss as it expands relationships with Agency Hold Co and Independent Agency clients.
  • Analyze credit exposure (aging) reports and provide forecasts related to bad debt and write offs.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and country level invoicing, tax and reporting requirements.
  • Lead FreeWheel's response to international tax and statutory audits.
  • Manage international cash movement among subsidiaries in accordance with Comcast policies and objectives.
  • Manage transfer pricing agreements among legal entities.
  • Own global financial controls and governance, ensuring compliance with SOX, Comcast internal control standards, and enterprise risk management requirements.
  • Oversee usage of outside collection agencies.
  • Manage and motivate a global team, overseeing career growth and maximizing performance.
  • Demonstrate sound business judgment, financial acumen, and leadership.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred; experience may also be considered).
  • Relevant certifications (if applicable).
  • Ten or more years of relevant work experience.
