Executive Director - Inclusive Arts Leader

Blue Teapot Theatre Company, based in Galway, seeks a permanent full-time Executive Director to lead business, finance and day-to-day operations. You will work with the Artistic Director to align artistic programmes with strategic goals and ensure effective governance under the Board's oversight.

The role focuses on accountable management, developing partnerships with the arts, disability and education sectors, and maintaining service agreements with Corlann/HSE. A dynamic leader is required.
