Where purpose meets career:

We're looking for a healthcare specialist with a strong track record of delivering digital solutions and advisory services to UK healthcare providers. With expertise in areas such as digital strategy, business case development, RPA, health technologies, and operational excellence, you'll be confident working with senior clinicians, CIOs, and CCIOs. This senior role requires sharp business acumen and proven delivery leadership-managing complex engagements, leading teams, and consistently driving high client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead consulting engagements within the Healthcare and Life Science practice;
  • Select resources for delivery of an engagement;
  • Work in close proximity with the customers, account team, and the delivery team to identify business-related problems and present outcome-based solutions;
  • Responsible for ensuring that all solutions are delivered in a manner that is quality-driven, meets internal standards, and the expectations of the customer;
  • Build and maintain contacts and relationships with customers to drive lasting account growth;
  • Responsible for the mentoring and training of junior consultants;
  • Actively participate in the development of internal standards, processes, procedures, methodology, and services;
  • Develop thought leadership within the firm, writing papers and producing case studies;
  • Must be willing to travel and work remotely as and when required;

Skills we can't do without:

  • Preferably 5+ years' experience leading consulting engagements for health and/or life science customers;
  • Experience operating in big IT environments and understanding of how to manage multiple stakeholders in a matrix environment;
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken;

Skills we'd like:

  • Experience with New Hospital Programme (NHP) would be beneficial;
  • EPR experience is considered an advantage;
