Responsibilities:
- Kitchen Management: Oversee all kitchen operations for smooth service.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate kitchen staff.
- Scheduling: Create work schedules balancing staffing and costs.
- Standards Maintenance: Ensure quality and presentation of all food.
- Menu Development: Design innovative menus considering seasonality, cost, and customer preferences.
- Food Preparation & Quality Control: Oversee food prep and monitor quality at all stages.
- Budgeting & Inventory: Manage costs, supplies, and vendor relations.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure health & safety standards and report on performance metrics.
- Guest Interaction: Engage with guests for feedback and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Experience leading kitchen teams in luxury hospitality.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and culinary skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations.
- Strong financial management skills.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
