Executive Chef - Lead Culinary & Guest Experience

Highgate Hotels L.P. is seeking an Executive Chef for our Leinster property.

You will lead all kitchen operations, supervise staff, maintain quality and cost controls, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. The role requires a culinary degree and at least five years of hotel kitchen experience, strong leadership, and the ability to manage multiple outlets and menus while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
