Australia Chef Migration is recruiting an exceptional Executive Chef on behalf of one of Queensland's busiest and fastest growing hospitality operators. About the Role

As Executive Chef, you'll have full responsibility for all kitchen operations, leading a passionate team while delivering exceptional food quality, consistency, profitability, and a positive workplace culture. Working closely with the owners and senior leadership team, you'll have the opportunity to influence menu direction, implement innovative systems, develop future culinary leaders, and contribute to the ongoing success and expansion of the business.

Key Responsibilities

About You

We're looking for someone who:

• Has proven experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Head Chef in a busy, high-volume pub style venue.
• Has strong experience in Western cuisine - this is an essential requirement.
• Is a natural leader with a passion for mentoring and developing chefs.
• Possesses strong commercial acumen and understands food costs, labor management, and profitability.
• Thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Takes pride in delivering exceptional food and consistency every service.
• Thinks strategically and approaches the role with an ownership mindset.
