Executive Assistant /Office Manager Immediate start temporary contract.

I am delighted to be working with an amazing national charity in search of an immediately available, experienced Executive Assistant /Office Manager for a three month temporary contract.
This is a great opportunity for a proactive and highly organised professional to provide seamless support to the CEO and Board of Trustees, while managing the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality executive support to the CEO diary, meetings, travel and correspondence.
- Coordinate Board and senior leadership meetings prepare agendas, papers and accurate minutes.
- Manage office operations, facilities and supplier relationships.
- Support general administration, invoicing and record-keeping.
About you:
- Experienced PA/EA supporting senior leaders or trustees.
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident managing office operations and external suppliers.
- Professional, adaptable and discreet.
