Job TitleExecutive Assistant to the Deputy Director of the Judicial College and Deputy Director of Strategy and Change
Location and Working PatternRoyal Courts of Justice, London; Loughborough Magistrates' Court, Loughborough; 5 Wellington Place, Leeds. Full time, based at Leeds, London or Loughborough with occasional travel between sites.
Main Activities / Responsibilities- Proactively manage the Deputy Director's diaries, resolving conflicting scheduling requests and ensuring efficient time management.
- Rearrange and prioritise engagements, considering sequencing, cycles and long term effects.
- Correspond with Judicial Office officials and senior judiciary on behalf of the Deputy Directors.
- Plan and coordinate meetings (room booking, digital arrangements, greeting visitors, printing agendas and papers).
- Arrange travel and overnight accommodation.
- Issue welcome letters and arrange introductory meetings with new starters.
- Provide wider administrative support to the College's Strategy, Change and Governance team.
- Excellent organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexibly, manage conflicting demands and quickly reprioritise.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build effective working relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook and collaborative tools such as Teams.
- Previous PA/diary management experience desirable but not essential.
- Annual leave of 25 days on appointment, increasing to 30 days after five years' service.

Nationality and Eligibility Criteria- Nationals of Commonwealth countries with the right to work in the UK.
