Job Description

C&C Search is currently recruiting an Executive Assistant to CEO for a Financial Services firm based in the City of London. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to CEO to join a high-performing, collaborative team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Position: Executive Assistant to CEO

Salary: £65,000-£70,000

Working Pattern: 5 days per week in the office

Key responsibilities for this Executive Assistant to CEO position:

  • Heavy diary and inbox management on behalf of the CEO
  • Board meetings, including document preparation and stakeholder management
  • Leading and supporting on projects in line with business priorities
What background and experience is the company looking for?

We are looking for a driven and experienced Executive Assistant to CEO who has a proven track record of supporting at C-suite level within financial services, and who therefore thrives in a demanding, ever-changing environment. The ideal Executive Assistant to CEO will be highly proactive, with strong communication skills, meticulous attention to detail and high levels of emotional intelligence. You will be the kind of person who is always one step ahead, anticipating needs before they arise.
