Executive Assistant to CEO / CPO - Finance

We have a very exciting new position for an experienced Executive Assistant with experience working in Financial Services. This is a senior role within a global, Trading company with a strong Tech drive. The role is supporting 2 exceptionally busy members of the C Suite team and assisting one of them with their relocation to London from the USA. The right candidate will have supported at C suite and be able to handle a very fast pace. The culture in the London office is great - super supportive with lovely company perks and benefits on offer.

You will be joining a team of around 100 which is rapidly growing. Lovely offices in The City and joining at an exciting period of growth!

Duties will include:

• Build detailed, practical itineraries that anticipate every contingency
• Manage expenses and reconciliation in a timely manner
• Act as a trusted first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including board members, investors, and senior external partners
• Draft and manage correspondence on behalf of both principals
• Handle sensitive information with complete discretion
• Support preparation for board meetings, leadership offsites, and key business events
• Coordinate team events and internal initiatives as required
• Identify and resolve operational friction points before they become problems

The ideal candidate:

• Solid EA experience at Board level or C suite
• Background in Finance/ Tech
• Adaptable and flexible to rapidly evolving environment
• High levels of attention to detail
• Calm under pressure
