- THE ROLE -

Under the direction of the Campus Life Co-ordinator, the post holder will support the operational delivery of a wide range of Campus Life business activities relating to Catering and Conferencing, Residential Life, Sports and Commercial Partnerships. In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse range of teams across the University to ensure the smooth running of operations, support campus activities and deliver an excellent campus experience for our students, staff, and visitors. The post holder will report to the Campus Life Co-ordinator within the Commercial Services Department, which is part of the Campus Life Directorate. Campus Life aims to create thriving campus communities and deliver on the University's strategy commitments around student, campus and social experiences of our students, staff, and visitors.

- ABOUT YOU -

• Evidence of a good standard of literacy and numeracy, evidenced either by qualifications (GCSE English & Maths at Grade C or equivalent) or by work-related experience.
• Experience of co-ordinating and supporting events in a professional environment.
• Experience supporting the training and development of a team to deliver high standards of customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage well with teams and a range of staff, students, and visitors.
