The position is responsible for administrative support duties including, but not limited to:Coordinate travel planning and handle expense management for complex and worldwide travelCalendar management (scheduling meetings, resolving conflicts, reserving meeting space, ensuring technology is set up)Responsible for meeting management, including developing agendas, taking notes, and driving action items to completionCoordinate events and team gatheringsDevelop and/or edit presentations and talking points to help the team prepare for meetingsManaging documentation, data entry, reporting and other administrative tasks as neededOther special projects as requiredQualificationsProven experience providing administrative support in a highly professional and fast-paced environmentAdvanced skillset utilizing Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint and Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat, ConcurExperience booking complex domestic and international travelHighly organized with ability to multi-task and adapt to shifting prioritiesAssists colleagues outside regular duties to meet tight deadlinesStrong relationship management skillsTakes initiative in problem solving and ownership of tasksHigh sense of urgencyStrong verbal and written communication skillsRequisite SkillsFast-Paced Environments, Microsoft Office, Team CollaborationAdditional SkillsBarings is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer; Minority/Female/Age/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity/Individual with Disability/Protected Veteran.
