We're recruiting for permanent Executive Assistant to join an award-winning, entrepreneurial family business in Hillington. Working closely with the CEO, you'll play an integral role in the smooth running of the business, keeping priorities on track, anticipating what's needed and providing trusted day-to-day support in a fast paced and ambitious environment.

Responsibilities in your new role as Executive Assistant

You will provide trusted, high-level support to a Director within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial organization. Acting as a key point of support, you'll ensure the Director remains organized, prepared and focused on key priorities, confidently managing changing demands and adapting quickly as plans and priorities evolve. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a demanding and frequently changing diary, including meetings, appointments and travel
  • Prioritising emails, calls and correspondence, and drafting responses where appropriate
  • Preparing reports, presentations, briefing notes and meeting papers
  • Taking minutes, tracking agreed actions and ensuring deadlines are not missed
  • Acting as a professional first point of contact for clients, colleagues and external contacts
  • Organising meetings, events, lunches and occasional travel arrangements
  • Handling sensitive and confidential information with complete discretion
  • Supporting with expenses, invoices and wider administration
  • Maintaining accurate records, documents and contact details
  • Anticipating what the Director will need next, resolving issues early and keeping the day running smoothly

Your personality, experience and qualifications

You'll have proven experience supporting a Director or senior leadership team, ideally within a fast-paced, growing or entrepreneurial business. Proactive and confident, you'll be comfortable taking ownership of your responsibilities, using your initiative and anticipating what needs to be done before being asked.

Highly organised and approachable, you'll bring excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities. You'll thrive in a demanding environment, adapt quickly when plans change and communicate confidently and professionally with stakeholders at all levels.

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Hillington.
