Executive Assistant

We are looking for our client, a public interest institution, an Assistant Director. As an Assistant Director, you will work within a team of about thirty people. Your mission is to manage all tasks of the Deputy Secretaries General (SGA) in charge of the poles supporting culture and humanitarian aid, as well as social action and professional integration.Mission:- Ensure all tasks of the SGAs in charge of the Culture/Humanitarian as well as Social/Health and Professional Integration poles.- Manage incoming and outgoing documents (mail and generic email).- Coordinate tasks related to monitoring the files of the poles.- Organize work sessions and appointments for the SGA.- Prepare documents and develop support for filing and digital archiving.- Provide support for the tasks of the Secretary General.- Import and record requests for financial aid as needed.Your Profile:- A background as a commercial employee and/or a professional.- At least 10 years of experience in a similar position.- Excellent command of French (oral/written).- Proficiency in English (B2 level) / another foreign language (German).- Strong interest in social, cultural, and humanitarian sectors, and proficiency in standard office tools, agility with digital tools.- Ease in written and oral communication, strong skills, capabilities and sense of priorities.- Autonomy and sense of service.- Team spirit.- High level of discretion.We offer:- A pleasant working environment.- Modern working tools.- A high degree of autonomy.- A close-knit team.- A position with immediate entry: as soon as possible.- Deadline for applications: Wednesday, February 25.- Work location: Carouge, Geneva.We thank you for sending your complete application (CV, cover letter) by email to Write an email .
