About the role
The role includes coordinating events, school engagement and funding opportunities. You will also be overseeing reporting and funding systems to support school attainment, wellbeing, and creative learning, while providing high-quality administrative support to the Trust's Executive team. Key responsibilities include;
- Lead partnership activities across Trust schools and the City Corporation's Family of Schools, including events and training.
- Manage City Premium Grant funding bids and evaluate impact using the ImpactEd platform.
- Represent the Trust with key external partners and identify opportunities to enhance pupil attainment and wellbeing.
- Provide high-quality executive support including diary management, correspondence, reports, and meeting coordination.
- Maintain records, systems, and procedures, and support central services when required.
