Exciting role for veterinary surgeon to join a team building a future

Our client is looking for an experienced vet who is eager to lead a small team of vets and nurses. Successful candidates will be comfortable performing most routine soft tissue surgeries and may be interested in starting a certificate. This role offers the opportunity to take the next step in your career by stepping into a leadership position.

While clinical work will constitute the majority of the week, candidates should be prepared to handle staff scheduling, management, finance, health and safety, and customer service. Support in these areas is readily available. Additionally, vets are encouraged to pursue certificates if they haven't already, and our client is happy to fund these.

The practice is a well-equipped, small animal, first opinion practice with digital X-ray, ultrasound, and additional dental equipment, reflecting their interest in dentistry.

The rota consists of a 4-day week with 1:6 weekends.
