ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you highly organised, detail-focused and thrive in a fast-paced administrative environment? Do you enjoy coordinating complex processes and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes?
If so, Lakes College is looking for an Examinations Administrator to join our dedicated team and play a vital role in supporting the success of our learners.
As our Examinations Administrator, you'll be at the heart of our student achievement process, ensuring examinations and assessments are planned, coordinated and delivered accurately and efficiently.
You'll:
- Register students with awarding organisations and process examination entries
- Support the planning and delivery of online and paper-based examinations
- Coordinate examination timetables, rooms and invigilation arrangements
- Ensure full compliance with JCQ and awarding body regulations
- Manage examination results and qualification records with exceptional accuracy
- Work closely with curriculum teams and student records colleagues to support learner achievement
- Assist with apprenticeship End Point Assessment administration
No two days are the same, making this an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, responsibility and making a real difference.
We're looking for someone who holds a Level 2 qualification in Business Administration (or relevant qualification) and 5 GCSE's, including Maths and English. You will have recent experience working in an office or administrative environment, excellent administration and data entry skills and be highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
Experience within education, examinations, enrolments or student records would be advantageous, but we welcome applicants from all administration backgrounds who can demonstrate transferable skills.
