Examination Services Team Member (m/f/d)

The Cardiovascular and Interventional Radiological Society of Europe (CIRSE) is a non-profit making, educational and scientific association aiming to improve patient care through the support of teaching, science, research and clinical practice in the field of interventional radiology. Based in Vienna, the society represents 10,000 members worldwide.

As a dynamic, innovative organization we are now looking for a new team member to join our Professional Education and Certification Department. Your occupation would consist of supporting the creation, administration and further development of curriculum and certification initiatives, such as for example the EBIR exam.

Examination Services Team Member
1010 Vienna full time immediate start

• Collection and administration of examination material
• Correspondence with exam candidates and committee members
• Review of applications received from candidates
• Coordination and communication with internal and external teams and service partners
• Database maintenance and examination set up
• Supporting the management of online examinations
• Active participation in internal and external meetings
• Event preparation and onsite promotion of EBIR-related projects
• Supporting the Head of Department

Essential qualifications, skills and experience

• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong organisational, analytical, time management and problem-solving skills
• Pronounced collaborative skills, thoroughness, reliability, readiness to learn
• Good team player skills, being service-oriented, a proactive mind

Desirable qualifications, skills and experience

• Relevant university education and degree
• Previous work experience in the field of certification and education
• Experience with and/or strong interest in online database management
• Knowledge of German and/or Spanish language

• Contribute to a meaningful mission that advances global interventional radiology
