Job Opportunity: Exam Invigilators - Secondary School, Hove

We are supporting a well-regarded secondary school in Hove in recruiting reliable and professional Exam Invigilators. The school prides itself on providing a safe, supportive, and focused learning environment, and you could play a key role in ensuring exams run smoothly.

This is ad hoc work.

Location: Hove
Hours: Ad hoc, varied between 8:30am - 3:30pm, Monday to Friday

Key Requirements

• Must have a DBS on the Update Service, or be willing to obtain one.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Professional, punctual, dependable.
• Experience working in schools is desirable but not essential.

Role Responsibilities

• Supervise students during exams, ensuring exam regulations are followed.
• Prepare and set up exam rooms, including materials and seating arrangements.
• Distribute and collect exam papers securely.
• Monitor students throughout exams to prevent misconduct.
• Assist with any issues or emergencies during the exam.
• Maintain a quiet and focused exam environment at all times.
