We are seeking a dedicated Exam Invigilators to join our team, focusing on supporting students with individual needs, including reading and scribing during examinations. This role is crucial in ensuring that all students have the necessary support to perform to the best of their abilities in a fair and accommodating exam environment.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Oversee the conduct of exams in accordance with exam board regulations and school policies.
• Provide direct support to students with individual needs, including reading exam questions and scribing answers as required.
• Ensure the examination environment is appropriately set up and maintained to be conducive to students' optimal performance.
• Monitor and manage student behaviour during exams to prevent any form of malpractice.
• Assist in the distribution and collection of exam materials, ensuring that all procedures are followed accurately and confidentially.
• Provide necessary adjustments for students with special requirements as per their individual educational plans.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in an educational setting, particularly in a role that involves supporting students with special needs.
• Excellent reading and writing skills, with the ability to accurately transcribe student responses.
• Patience, empathy, and a professional demeanour.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to adhere strictly to confidentiality and exam conduct guidelines.
