Job Description

Our school is seeking calm, reliable, and observant individuals to join our team of Exam Invigilators. This role is essential in ensuring that examinations are conducted in accordance with established guidelines, creating a supportive and fair environment for all students.

About the Role

Exam Invigilators play a key part in maintaining the integrity of the examination process. Duties include preparing exam rooms, supervising students during exams, distributing and collecting papers, and ensuring that all procedures are followed accurately.

Availability Requirements

We are looking for candidates who can commit to the following key periods:

  • Mock Exam Seasons:
    • Late November / December
    • February
  • Main Exam Season:
    • May and June

Additional ad-hoc sessions may also be available throughout the academic year.

The successful candidate will have to meet the requirements of the person specification in order to be offered the post, will be required to undergo a full enhanced DBS check and must be eligible to work in the UK.
