As a Casual Events Waiter at Haymarket Hotel, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities

• Engaging with guests by taking orders and making tailored recommendations.
• Delivering food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
• Processing payments accurately.
• Responding to guest requests with a keen sense of urgency and attention to detail.

What you Need

• A team player with a keen willingness to collaborate and support colleagues.
• Prior experience in a similar environment is desirable but not essential.
• Excellent customer service skills with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
• A meticulous eye for detail and a strong enthusiasm for the hospitality industry.
