Events Supervisor

.We currently have an opportunity for casual Event Supervisor to join our amazing team.

As an Event Supervisor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional, food-driven experiences across a diverse portfolio of events. Supporting the Events Manager, you will lead front-of-house operations with confidence, ensuring every event is executed with precision.

This is a hands on role for a passionate hospitality professional who thrives in fast paced, high end environments, with a strong focus on guest experience, attention to detail, and team leadership.

What you'll do

• Lead and supervise front of house teams to deliver polished, professional, and engaging service
• Ensure the smooth and efficient running of events, from set up through to service and breakdown
• Act as a central point of contact during live events, maintaining clear communication across teams
• Support the delivery of bespoke food and drink experiences, ensuring presentation and timing meet high standards
• Support Events Manager to conduct team briefings, delegate tasks, and motivate staff to achieve consistently excellent results
• Maintain compliance with food safety and health & safety
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve any issues with a calm, solutions focused approach
• Work collaboratively with chefs, planners, and managers to ensure every detail is considered and delivered
• Uphold Heritage Portfolio standards, ensuring each event reflects a commitment to quality, creativity, and hospitality excellence

What you'll bring

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in events, catering, or hospitality supervision
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams under pressure
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
• A passion for food, drink, and exceptional service delivery
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, hands on approach with strong attention to detail
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and varied event schedules
• Knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety standards (training will be provided)
