Events Manager
Our client, a leading global supplier for IT services, requires an experienced Events Manager to be based at their client's office in London, UK.
This is a hybrid role - you can work remotely in the UK and attend the London office 3 days per week .
This is a 6+ month temporary contract to start ASAP
Day rate: Competitive Market rate
Key Responsibilities:
Planning & Strategy
- Define event objectives, target audience, and KPIs
- Develop event concepts, themes, and agendas
- Create timelines and project plans
Stakeholder Management
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
Event Execution
- Oversee on-site/virtual/hybrid event operations
- Manage volunteers, and contractors
- Ensure smooth attendee experience
Risk & Compliance
- Develop contingency plans
Post-Event Evaluation
- Conduct debriefs with stakeholders
- Collect attendee feedback
- Prepare performance reports and insights for future improvements
Key Requirements:
- Event planning & coordination - scheduling, logistics

- Strong organisational & time management skills
- Team management
- Problem-solving & quick decision-making
- Attention to detail
