Position: Event Manager - Client Partnerships & Business Development.

We are seeking an experienced Event Manager with a strong background in live events and a proven ability to generate revenue. This role requires someone who understands live production environments and can confidently translate that knowledge into commercially successful partnerships.
What You'll Be Doing: Strategic Client Growth- Develop and execute a focused business development strategy targeting agencies, corporate planners, producers, and experiential partners.
- Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle from introduction through to closing.
- Use your hands on live events experience to lead informed, credible conversations around production, technical delivery, budgets, timelines, and onsite execution.
- Build and nurture long term relationships with key decision makers across agencies, corporate event teams, and creative partners.
- Present Pixl's creative and technical solutions in a way that aligns with client objectives, offering strategic input rather than transactional sales.
- Actively network within the events community, including industry associations, trade shows, and peer events.
- Work closely with the CEO and leadership team on pipeline management, forecasting, and account development.
- Proven experience within live events, production, experiential, or technical event delivery.
- Demonstrated sales or business development success within the events sector.
- Strong understanding of event budgets, scopes, timelines, and supplier management.
- Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and decision makers.
- Established industry network preferred.
- Commercially driven with a track record of achieving revenue targets.
- Credible and confident in live event environments.
- Relationship focused with a consultative approach.
- Strategic thinker with strong organisational skills.
- Self motivated and comfortable operating independently.
- Based in Tring or London.
- Flexibility to work across both locations as required.
- Regular travel for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
- Be part of a fast growing, innovative organisation within the live events and technical production space.
- Work on high impact projects across corporate, agency, and experiential markets.
- Collaborate directly with senior leadership and influence growth strategy.
